Wild Water West Rules

Or email us at: info@wildwaterwest.com with your admission, you have unlimited access to the full water park, wave pool, bumper boats, go-karts, mini-golf, and batting cages. Obey lifeguards and post signs at all times. Do not distract rescuers. You must keep an eye on the water at all times. Protective eyewear must wear approved seat belts when participating in nautical activities. We want to make Wild Water West a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. You can make the most of your stay in the park by following a few simple rules. Violations of county, state, or federal laws or parking rules will result in revocation of park admission without refund. More than 800 sun loungers are spread throughout the water park. Sun loungers are first come, first served. You are welcome to bring your own sunbed.

Alcoholic beverages: All guests, regardless of age, must present valid identification to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages. Outside the water park, NO alcohol can be consumed, not even alcohol in the parking lots. Alcohol found during baggage check will be discarded and parking security will be notified. We are a family friendly water park and we expect all swimwear to suit our male and female guests. Channels are not allowed. Swimwear, shorts or pants that fall below the waist are not allowed on the property. Underwear should never be exposed. Bikini tops should provide adequate coverage. Clothing that displays profanity will not be tolerated.

Those who do not comply will be asked to leave without refund. Thank you for helping us maintain a family atmosphere. For the more daring, the black hole drops you into a dark tunnel and propels you into turbulent waters. Weak or non-swimmer swimmers should wear life jackets in deeper water. Some attractions require children under the age of 48 to wear a life jacket. Our lost and found office is available during our business hours. For hygienic reasons, we cannot store wet clothes, towels or other fabrics left in the water park overnight. If cloth items are not picked up by the end of the business day on the day of your visit, they will be discarded. Wild Water West has lifeguards in all water attractions.

Lifeguards are also certified by Ellis and Associates, the leaders in water park safety. We do not allow food or drinks from outside. You can find more information in our parking rules and on our information page. Dress code: Shirts and shoes are required at all times on all dry trips. Shorts with zippers, buttons or cut jeans are prohibited in all water attractions. Water socks and shirts worn over swimsuits are allowed on all water attractions. Safety: You enter this park and participate in activities at your own risk. Non-swimmers must be accompanied by an adult or guardian and must never be left unattended. We don`t have health insurance. All lifeguards are certified by Ellis and Associates, a national water park safety program. Certified lifeguards are stationed at all attractions and are responsible for pools and slides at all times.

Please respect all posted signs and regulations. Attraction ratings and rules are displayed at each attraction to inform guests about water depths, speed, altitudes, enclosures, physical limitations and required capacities. Every effort has been made to make your visit safe and enjoyable. The rides of the Wild Water West water park participate. The safety and enjoyment of drivers depends on following the posted rules and the personal judgment of the guests. Visitors must take responsibility for their own actions in the park. Some rides may prohibit customers from riding under certain conditions. Please read and follow the instructions at each attraction. Persons under 48″ are not allowed to ride the free-fall slides or tubular slide. If you have any questions, please contact a lifeguard or primary lifeguard. Must be 48″ or more to go down all the water slides by yourself. Get ready for speed! Our pedal karts scream on our dynamic race track – an attraction that will delight even the most experienced riders.

Do you think you have what it takes? Fasten your seatbelt and rush at full throttle! Karting rides are included in the entrance fee to the water park. Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Wild Water West or products you purchase through Wild Water West will be submitted to confidential arbitration in South Dakota, United States of America, except to the extent that you have infringed or threaten to infringe in any way the intellectual property rights of Wild Water West, Wild Water West may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any state or federal court located in the State of South Dakota, United States of America, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts. Arbitration under this Agreement shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association in effect at that time. The award is binding and may be rendered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether by class arbitration or otherwise. We prefer the age of 13 or 14 if your child will be alone. It is up to parents to decide if their child is responsible and can follow the rules without adult supervision. Bottled Water Policy: We do not allow drinks to be brought into the park from outside. If there is liquid in your water bottle(s), we will ask you to pour your liquids or put them back in your car. We fill your WWW cup at one of our dealership points. We sell bottled Dasani water at all our concession kiosks and there is a water fountain in front of the wave pool baths for your convenience. Pages and announcements: We only make announcements of emergency and group events.

We do not advertise for individual customers. There is a $5 escort fee in case you need to enter and find your child at the water park.
