TSL has always had the standard Single Saber tournament as well as the Exotics Saber Weapon tournament, which allows all fighters to fight with different weapons that represent the fandom of our universe. This year, registrants will receive an email with an equipment pre-registration/inspection form that will allow them to choose between two subdivisions into Light Exotic or Heavy. Please check the set of rules to clarify exactly how these two differ. Founded in 2015, TSL has successfully hosted annual sabre tournaments and is thrilled to host CombatCon`s sixth tournament, TSL VI, in 2022. With charters all over the world, the annual tournament has become the hub for experienced and new fighters to find an equal playing field to compete with the best in our sport. The rulebook is simple and aims to make the sword game fun and safe. Keeping the general rules, there is no favor for a “real” combat system. The Custom Saber is not a “traditional weapon”, so it has the flexibility to adapt to the user who wields it. In most systems, practitioners of a certain style compete with practitioners of the same style, but in HSL, you will compete against fighters with many different combat backgrounds. Often this style of fighting represents the MMA of sword fighting; Many types of duelists compete for an ultimate match.
