Subject: BESECURE. FW: Your complaint to Legal & General I discovered on 12.01.21 that I have an email from Legal and General dated 08.10.20. I never received a notification and was never created an account or been asked to create an account, or was told I couldn`t receive emails from the legal and general department if I didn`t have an account. The automatic renewal of our insurance contract cost us 20% more than the first year. This was not mentioned in any notification we received. There was no visibility for this huge increase. Then it turned out to be impossible to talk to anyone and get an answer on how this could happen without notifying us.

Their customer service is truly the worst I`ve ever seen. Now, I ask you to stop the automatic renewal of our contract, because obviously we will not proceed with Legal and General.
